It’s Sunday morning, and if you’re like me, you wake up thinking of a great breakfast. Something with extra strong coffee with half and half and honey, hot green chile, runny eggs, maybe some beans and potatoes.
Saturday morning in Santa Fe. Saw this on my morning walk through the neighborhoods off West San Francisco. Just another reason to be here every day. Wish you were here.
It’s a beautiful week to be in Santa Fe. Every flower bed, every hanging pot, basically every bare patch of ground is blooming in some way. If you drive out of town a mile or two, even the cacti on the side on the road are in bloom. Here’s just one of sights I saw on my morning walk today.
This local lettuce was so beautiful at the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market this past Tuesday that I had to buy two pounds. And it was as tasty as it was beautiful.
I get to live in what I believe is the most beautiful place in the world. I also get to live in the most interesting city. Santa Fe is a place that is over 400 years old and where the architecture is unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere.
But I lead a busy life.
