I didn’t know Bunny before she showed up at my house located at 1909 San Ildefonso to do a listing presentation. One of my old buddies had heard that my wife passed away and that I wanted to sell, so he contacted the local Keller Williams office and referred them to me. I called another real estate office – the one that touts itself as being the local’s choice. I called them because I knew the owner from high school. Too bad that he sent out a new junior agent who told me that my house was worth about $30K less then I thought it should sell for.
Bunny had called me and tried to set up an appointment to come out and visit. I told her no, that the agent from Brand X was coming by. She very politely said, “Well, if you decide you’d like a second opinion, please feel free to call me.” And I did.
When she showed up, she had her research on my neighborhood in hand. She didn’t just spout off a listing amount. She took time to show me what houses in my area were selling for, and then we decided on a good price together. She walked through my house just like a buyer would, and she suggested a short list of repairs and upgrades that would make my house more sellable.
While we were working on it, she contacted some of her buyers, and before the house even went on the MLS, she had it sold. For over 96% of listing price. She represented both sides of the deal, but was professional with both of us.
She did an excellent job. This was a hard time for me since my wife had just passed away, but Bunny took extra care with me. I highly recommend her for your next real estate deal.

My wife and I know Bunny through our church and enjoyed her through that relationship. When it came to selling our Santa Fe home, there was no question as to whom we should use. Besides knowing her bubbly personality, we knew her character and felt very secure knowing she would be looking out for our best interests in this transaction.
Our trust was affirmed. Bunny sold our house in record time – – I tell everybody she sold our house in 10 days. It may have actually been 11 or 12 with negotiations, but nevertheless, we did not sit on it long. Her counsel to price it right and how to stage it well made that possible. Her diligence, positive attitude and work effort is what she is all about, and anyone choosing Bunny to sell their home will come out on the other side in great shape. Beautiful and a straight shooter can’t be beat!

I can’t say enough about how hard Bunny Terry and the ULPP crew worked on getting my house in Logan sold. It was a really complicated transaction with a lot of title problems, but they never gave up. And I have to say that even before there was a buyer interested, they sent many hours showing and promoting my home before we found a buyer. I’d happily hire Bunny Terry again to be my Realtor if she hadn’t left Logan and moved to Santa Fe!

Sometime in May of 2004 we received a postcard in the mail inviting us to the Grand Opening of a new Development on the South Side of Ute Lake in Logan, New Mexico. Being boat owners we were thrilled and very excited to drive down from our home in Littleton, Colorado and check out this beautiful lake. We were met by one of their representatives and yes, they put us up and the next day took us out on the lake and then gave us a tour of the property they were going to develop. And that is where “They” lost us. Yes, their agent was a hard hitter and really tried to get us to drink the Kool-Aide but the following morning we were packed up and headed home, disillusioned.
But we didn’t get far. We felt that something else was out there for us and and maybe just maybe we should take another look. We pulled into Adobe Mission Realty and met with owners, Rich and Rose _____? Considering us curious lookers only, they turned us over to their newest hire, Bunny (Buneesa) Terry. Well this “new hire” took us and showed us three properties that afternoon. She was very professional and knowledgeable on those properties, but she wasn’t selling the “Kool-Aid” She was just giving us facts, mixed with history and understanding of the area. As we listened, we understood this was actually Bunny Terry, not just a “sales agent for a Realtor Company. Nor did she ever feel pressure us in any way to buy something.
By that same afternoon, we were sitting down putting an offer in on an Adobe on the south side of Ute lake. We agreed to terms and signed that same day to purchase the Adobe.
But that wasn’t the end of Bunny Terry. After we bought the Adobe from her, she continued to stay in contact with us and we became friends. Bunny is the same person whether as your friend or as your sales agent. So any time that we had questions or problems concerning the Adobe we would ask Bunny. She was always there for us and always willing to be of assistance.
Six years later when we decided to sell, the only choice was listing it again with Bunny Terry and Ute Lake Premier Properties. She worked for us during the whole process of listing and selling. And she always looked out for our interest.
As far as Realtor Agents go, I would highly recommend choosing Bunny Terry as your representative in either the buying or selling process of your home.
