The Santa Fe Opera starts its 59th season this Friday night with The Daughter of the Regiment as well as a tailgating party that’s sure to outshine even the brightest stars in the sky that night. But opening night isn’t confined to one evening – at the Santa Fe Opera, they stretch it out to a celebratory weekend at Santa Fe Opera!
Friday night will find patrons enjoying a Opening Night Dinner with the Director Ned Canty and members of the creative team of Daughters of the Regiment, followed by the opera by the same name.
Saturday, July 4, the Opera will host a backstage tour and lunch as well as a private home dinner for several very lucky patrons. Verdi’s Rigoletto will be performed that evening.
Finally, on Sunday, the Santa Fe Opera artists and their families will be part of a celebration brunch at the Nedra Matteucci Galleries.
Want in on all the festivities? Tickets are available for a mere $1,250 per person and include ALL festive activities. Or you can just call the Santa Fe Opera office and try to get tickets to performances. Regardless of which you choose, this is sure to be one of the hottest events in Santa Fe this summer.
See you there!
