Santa Fe Homes. They fascinate us, whether we’re searching for one to call home, or just admiring them from afar. Santa Fe luxury homes are an even bigger fascination. Whenever we host a luxury tour, the public comes out in droves to see how the other half lives.

One of my favorite luxury homes on the market right now is 2 Cerro Gordo, also known as Las Milpas.
It’s not unlike the Phoenix. The seller bought the property and resurrected it!

It’s exactly as it was at the turn of the 20th century with updates that make it a very comfortable Santa Fe home.

Las Milpas has all the materials native to the area, and the finishes are representative of that time. It’s truly a museum quality home.When the current owner purchased it, it was in rough shape, having been marginally updated by it’s previous owners. However, this owner has had it for over 25 years and has spent those years painstakingly restoring this property to its former glory. It’s a museum, but a very livable museum.
