The Palace Court Building located at 135 W. Palace Avenue was constructed in 1988. The property is next door to the $75M Georgia O'keeffe Museum currently being built. It has been the home to Galleries and other retailers - both on the first and second floors. The third floor has been restaurants and nightclubs. It is a highly visible corner location at Palace and Grant Avenues just a couple of blocks west of the Santa Fe Plaza. We are pleased to announce that we have recently leased the entire third floor to a restaurant (Jan 2026).
