'With a name like Red Enchilada, better serve a good Red Enchilada and they do. Perhaps best in town. The food is very good, very authentic. Don't let the look of the strip mall or restaurant keep you from trying out this lovely gem. Service is always very good. If in doubt, try the Enchilada's I like the offering with the different colors of corn, a combo of sorts.'
