This is a small and cozy adobe with tin roof in a charming area of Las Vegas a couple of blocks from the plaza. This two-block area has its own old-fashioned white wooden neighborhood church with steeple and park. The house has a tin roof, a small front yard, and nice-sized back yard with which you could do a lot. With living room, one bedroom and one room which could be a living area or a second bedroom, good-sized kitchen, one bath, and laundry room, it's big enough to be a comfortable family home. It's ducted for central heat, but the boiler is missing. With a little fix-up, it could be charming.
