Yes, it is real adobe, and the environmentally healthy house was built with no toxic materials and is painted with natural clay paint in wonderfully livable colors. High pitched ceilings grace the roomy living room with its hacienda fireplace, flanked by classic bancos under the windows where you will want to sit with a good book and a cup of tea, looking out over the gardens. There are 3 bedrooms, And a working art studio, And an upper loft. There's silence, broken by the chirping birds...and privacy nestled among the trees. There's a soothing sauna, and a useful shed! It's a pretty 10 minute ride to the Plaza, then home again to comfort and serenity!
